I would call her doctor and get an appointment. For tonight you can use the infant saline mist (make sure you get the non-medicated infant saline) and use a aspirator to clear her nose. DO NOT give her any type of cold or allergy medicine!

The same thing hapened to my son when he was 2 months. Saline (salt water) works, and you can also go in to the bathroom and run a steaming hot shower and just sit in the bathroom. The steam will help. The asperator works awesome too!

We do the steam trick as well.

I have a baby that is prone to ear infections, so if you know that she is congested, put a small pillow or a blanket under one side of her crib mattress so that her head is elevated to help drain down the throat and not get stuck in the inner ear.
