It's weird how Strp B is seen as an STD. Maybe because we know that Strep throat is so contagious. It is simply a bacteria that lives in humans (25% of women are carriers and don't even know it). It is not an STD, so your husband cannot get it. The reason they always test for it pregnant mothers is because most women don't even know that they have it and it can pose a danger to your baby during a normal delivery.

Even 99% of babies born to mother's with Strep B will not become infective if they are treated! It is harmful to them if they are not treated (which is why they test) because it can get in their lungs. They simply give you antibiotics while you deliver. When you have a baby you have so many IV's that you won't even notice!

So in short - you cannot give it to your husband.
