Temporary guardianship

My daughter is 18, she did not plan for a baby till she was ready and older, well she is preg, she had a fit, she cannot stand kids or babies, she had always been this way for years, this was not a planed preg, she does not want anything to do with this baby but she does not want to put it up for adoption cause with it beeing with us she is hoping she will get closer to him and also knowing how to raise the baby,so she wants me and her father to raise him while she lives with us hoping she will come around to liking and wanting the baby, can she write a statement saying she is giving us temp guardianship, or just leave it alone since she is living with us,

You may want to think about getting a power of attorney, if you are going to be the ones to make all the decisions regarding medical care. Hopefully, she will grow to love this baby once it's born, if not before, then this whole conversation would be moot. I have to say, that I never was much for kids and babies either, but I have raised 2 and I wouldn't trade them for the world. I loved my son before I even had him. Maybe the same will happen to her. You're all in my prayers. Susu
