Almost any kind of lubricant can inhibit conception so I would advise not using anything at all. Lubricants slow down the sperm and stop it from it's normal course and some of them can kill sperm within 60 minutes. The best thing to do is rely on your own natural lubrication which means your spouse needs to give you the time for your body to produce it. Women normally need 20 minutes to reach the same state of arousal that men "instantly" get and have their body produce normal secretions. Your best bet is to relax, play around enjoy each other and let nature take it's course.
