Yes she can. If the sperm got near her vagina or in it there is a posibility she could get pregnant.
In this situation it seems highly unlikely but yet it could happen. Sperm is smaller than the cotton fabric. It could swim right through.
If you want to play it super safe she could go get the morning after pill if the incident happened 72 hours ago or less.
