Am i pregnant?

My last period was Aug 27th. i dont usually have my period on the same day every month.. i didnt start this month. so obviously im at least a week late. i woke up this morning with Light pink spotting. sum constipation,nipples have been feeling like they are bruised, a lil dizzy at times, and alot of discharge alternating from milky whit to clear (non-smelling) more headaches than usual as well. if i stop moving i cld probably fall asleep.. but i am having trouble sleeping at night.. all i do is toss and turn.. cld i be pregnant? ive took 2 test and they were neg. but i rly think i am. cld my hormone level be to low

Those are usual symptoms of being pregnant. it could possibly be low hormone levels. see a doctor. good luck my friend
