No, the frozen sperm won't get you pregnant. The typical home freezer is not cold enough to preserve the sperm (-328 f.). Your home freezer is only about 25 f. There are more issues involved in addition to the temperature, but it's too complicated to get into here. You stated that you were having sex so I am not sure why you would feel you also needed to freeze sperm to use. If you are having a problem conceiving via the natural method, talk to your doctor about referring you to a fertility specialist.
By the way, the best time to have sex, if you want to get pregnant, is in the middle of your cycle, when you are ovulating. This is around the 14th day of your cycle, providing you have a 28 day cycle. (Day one is the day you begin bleeding.) This is very general but there are more exact ways that you can predict when you are ovulating. It could just be that you are timing your 'encounters' wrong. You will be more likely to get pregnant two weeks after your period has started and 2 weeks before the next will begin, rather than the day before your period. Timing is everything!
