Every woman's body reacts differently. depends on if you were on birth control right b4 or not. i had the same situation, no period for about a month, then cramps-thought for sure i wold get my period any day.... took a home pregnancy test and it was positive. I went my Ob the next day and fond out i had been about 3and 1/2 weeks pregnant.

Gracey, a woman's body can confuse the heck out of us. Yes, it's possible you are pregnant and the cramping is implantation cramps. I have had four children and I can tell you exactly when my third child decided to implant. Implantation of an egg can also cause light pink to brown spotting. If it increases to more then it sounds like your body is getting itself back on track to start cycling again. If you are trying to get pregnant, consider intercourse every 36 hours from the day your period ends until 72 hours after you are sure you ovulated. If you have been trying for six months, then also look into checking your basal body temperature to make sure you are ovulating and keeping those records. Once you have a few months of records, if you are still not pregnant, take them with you to your OB/GYN appointment so that they can properly assess your cycle and see what suggestions they have. Good luck and best wishes.

You could be pregnant. I was never regular with my period. I was 3 months pregnant with my first child and still having a period. As a matter of fact, I had my period through the seventh month before it stopped. Later on, my mom told me she was the same way. Each woman's body is so different. Have a doctor do a pregnancy test and find out for sure.

Go see a doctor. You could be pregnant but just to make sure its not something else go! I was having cramping while on birth control and had my own tissues coming out of me. I dont know what happened but I never went to the doctor a couple of weeks later I was pregnant. Its interesting because I think my body got rid of the lining inside but I still managed to get pregnant. Anywho I could go on all day..my point is to get it checked out if your body is pregnant you need to know if implantation is in your tubes. Make sure your baby is ok.

I wish you many blessings on your journey.
