It sounds like it's time to talk to your doctor. Your blood sugar, blood pressure, iron level... all could be off and trying to guess here is like trying to put out a forest fire with a teaspoon of water. Call your regular doctor or GYN and go in on Monday. More than likely they need to run blood work and check things out to see if something is wrong. Women who have their tubes tied do tend to go into menopause early which could also account for skipping a period and feeling off. Again, this is something your doctor can tell you and put your mind at ease. Good luck!

Same thing has happened to me 34 yrs old tubes tied in 1999 I'm late 2 months and 3 days took a pregnancy test and it's negative...I have been tired, with cramping as if my period is gona come on ..... Going to OB/GYN on Monday and let him check me out....
