After all the Hair color & HighLights I have used recently only one section is not grabbing (coloring) WHY?

I have natural brown hair which I have highlighted alot over the past two yrs and now I decided to dye my hair a base color which was champayne blonde but didn't grab completly so I used nice&easy Natural dark blonde with tones which gave me a golden effect and highlighted over top that which after all I had used atiny section which is noticeable is not covering up it is still dark it is my left side of my head and under my hair.

Maybe you need to keep the dye in longer for it to sink in more. When I dyed my hair black it did not get black in all the places because i didn't keep it in long enough. There was still brown showing. Try dying that part again and keeping it in longer okay? good luck with your new hair color. Sounds pretty.

Put in high lights. Bleach always controls the color and difficult coloring.
