Does selling avon on ebay violate copyright infringement

I sold Avon for 7 years. Once you purchase Avon, or anything else, you may sell it on Ebay.
I used to get free things from Avon that I didn't want or need, so I would sell it on Ebay for a little extra cash. I disgused it once at an Avon meeting and they said that I was free to do that.
I sold many Avon products on Ebay.

I am an Avon representative and I have been instructed by Avon that it is AGAINST COMPANY POLICY to sell current or future Avon products on any online service. The only way that is allowed is if you sign up for a website through myavon.com. I've noticed an increasing number of representatives on eBay violating this company policy and have tried to enlighten as many as possible, only to be told by most that it's none of my business. Unfortunately for those who feel that way, Avon will soon be warning them that if they do NOT desist, they will no longer be Avon representatives.

I didn't sell things on Ebay that I had not already purchased. I did not make it a business to sell things on Ebay, I simply listed a few items on ebay, some even as used.
From the sound of the question, she did not intend to make a store out of Avon products, just wanted to maybe get a few bucks back from somehting she no longer needed or wanted.
I once sold a half bottle of perfume on Ebay for $5. lol
