If you can afford it, go to a boutique downtown where they have couture clothing if you want to really be in high fashion at the show. If you are a young 20 something like me and can't spend a months rent on a dress that you will wear once, go for something more classic. Still a good name, but something that you can wear to a lot of events. I have this little black Calvin Klein dress that I wear to all of my really fun downtown events (works great for Christmas parties and new years too)! You can dress it down a little for a wedding with some simple heels and a simple jewelry. Dress it up and fashion it out with some great sexy, stilettos (dior is always in style) in a fun color like lime green or my favorite - red. Add a really unique clutch and some trendy jewelry for a complete but not overly-done look.
Trust me - every girl should have a fabulous little black dress!
