Do I just use a dark blue dye or do I need to use another color to make the yelllow a blue color.

A product called RIT. They come in individual use boxes at wal-mart, or your grocery store may carry them. First use one box of RIT color remover, then use one box of RIT dark blue. I've used this product several times and it worked great. It's inexpensive also.
