How do I get a replacement for the product which is defective

I recently purchased a Dove powder roll-on , which I have been using for years, and the ball will not roll. Therefore, I am unable to use the product. I would like a replacement.The bar code is 79400 50460. I would appreciate a response from you. Thankyou, Toni

Also, if you have been using it for years, isn't it just wear and tear, and not really defective?
