I have this problem in the winter months!
Here goes more home remedies!
*Take a bath in milk! Thats right! MILK!
*Epsom salt baths work good too.
*After one of the baths above, apply aloe vera gel
*Petroleum jelly, mineral oil, peanut oil, and even vegtable shortening (crisco) used sparingly (so you dont feel greasy) are some very inexpensive products that will trap in your skins own moisture.
*Stop using deodorant soaps. Body, laundry, hand, ALL of them! The perfume in the soap acts as irritants on your skin.
*The BEST body soap is Dove, Basis, Oilayum and my favorite, Neutrogena!
*Cut down your showers. The more you shower or bathe, the more you dry your skin out, you are washing away your body's natural oils.
*Use a humifier!
