I think you should go with Boy George. Michael Jackson impersonation has been done to death. Also it is a little too easy since there are numerous Michael Jackson variations to choose from. Impersonating Boy George would be more creative and obscure.

Michael Jackson would be a tough one, even for guys because of his distinctive appearance. Boy George would be much easier because he wore so much makeup and his movements on stage and video were much more feminine than Jackson's.
