I wish the answer were yes but unfortunately, no. The best advice is to hide it as best you can. A little foundation makeup is best - lightly dab it on and smooth in gently. If it's cold where you live - cover it with scarves or clothes.

Yes. Put some water on a spoon. Freeze it. Put it on the area. Take a fork and gently rake over the area until the clot is broken up.
Works every time.
First things first. Lets understand what a hickey is-- it is a bruise. The suction breaks the blood vessels under the skin causing the discoloration-- causing a bruise. So what does one do when one has a bruise-- Put ice on it. Now, it's not a quick fix. There is nothing you can do to get rid of it overnight, but the ice will make the hickey go away a lot faster than if you just covered it up with make up or turtlenecks.
Another quick tip for covering hickeys-- don't use concealer the color of your skin. Go for concealer used for dark circles under the eyes (normally its the green or purple one) then cover it with your normal foundation. Using concealer the color of your skin will only emphasize the mark-- the green or purple tones are made to conceal discolorations, and as I previously mentioned hickeys are just broken blood vessels under the skin.
There are no ways to magically get rid of a hickey overnight. A hickey is just broken blood vessels. The small capillaries under the skin get broken and the suction brings the blood to the surface. Like with any bruise an ice pack will help to minimize the discoloration and gently massaging the area will help to break up the blood and let it reabsorb into the skin.
Ice it w/a iced spoon then rake a fork over the area. Try covering it w/Dermablend makeup (they sell it in dept. stores) it's meant to cover up scaring and birthmarks, just remember the bruise color will change as the bruising goes away...purple, green, yellow... your best bet, avoid getting them anywhere they will show! Or live in a turtleneck!
Is there a way to get rid of a hickey? An icepack will help prevent swelling around the hickey, but constricts the capillaries as well.
Applying ice, wrapped in paper towels, will help get rid of a hickey. You can wear a shirt with a high collar to help you conceal the hickey !
