Are there any complimentary shapes for thick eyelids?

I have black/blue hair, dark brown eyes, and olive skin. What colors would look best on me?

I have blonde hair, light blue eyes, freckles and pale skin.

Also i would like to know if there is any type of makeup that i would beable to wear without feeling like my skin is about to itch off.Please help me before i get wrinkly and blow away. thank you
