Tylenol. Much safer than asprin. If you call your OB-GYN and tell them about your migraines, they will tell you what you can take and how much. Usually you can just get this information from the nurse over the phone and you wont have to make an extra trip in.
Good luck (congrats on the pregnancy!)

There is no remedy to migranes, but if you can figure out your trigger you can sometimes avoid them. I had severe migranes as a teen/adult and my doctor had me keep a diary of everything I ate, was around (smells, sounds etc), basically anything I could think of. I figured out my triggers included stuff like a certain brand of tea and being premenstral. I have now learned to avoid the tea, and I know what week to expect one and can catch it before it gets bad.
Only take Tylenol while pregnant without talking to a doctor first! Also, caffene helps migranes so drink a cup of coffee after a tylenol for some temporary relief. Get to your doctor asap -make sure it's migranes and not a symptom of something else (anemia, etc).
They have prescription migrane medication that is safe to take while pregnant, but don't take anything else until you get a doctors okay!

It is not safe to use pain killers for migraines, try more holistic approaches. Def. talk to your gyno about it! their are only a few over the counter headache meds. pregnant women can use. Maybe there is a prescription that is saffer and more effective that you can use, so talk to your doctor.
