Where can you go to create a tattoo?

If you are an artist, you can create a tattoo yourself freehand. You can also have some images in hand or ideas and convey those to your tattoo artist and they can even customize them for you.

I would stick with a custom piece. Go to a reputable shop with your ideas (other pictures, or simply ideas in your mind). A reputable artist will draw it up for you and redraw after your input to get it exactly as you want it. They also know just how it will move over the contours of your body as this is their profession. If you are willing to let them have a little input, you can get a gorgeous custom piece that no one else has!
