Weight losing

What is one of the best ways to lose weight fast without much excercise, i mean because i have tried so hard to lose weight, but nothing is really working.

The only way to really lose weight long term is with aerobic exercise.

Make sure you are walking / biking / hiking / swimming / jogging / running / something for at least 30 min a day.

the earlier in the day you can do it the better to get your metabolism started.

I don't know of any, or believe in any diets that aren't exercise based.

I've really gotten into Paul McKenna's program www.mckenna.com He teaches you how to eat less by listening to your body's "full" signal and how to control your cravings (sweet or salty) naturally. He doesn't tell you what to eat or when to eat (or what you can't have) just shows you HOW to eat properly. I have been following his advice for about 2 weeks now and lost 10 lbs. I work out daily anyway, but still was eating too much. I had gotten to that "stuck" point and was about to give up. Now I'm full of motivation just from results without having to starve myself or work out until I pass out! I haven't changed my eating or work out habbits (still work out daily, but didn't have to increase)

Oh yeah, and his program is free! You can buy the book if you want, but you don't have to buy anything to use his site and read/watch his program video's.

I urge you to get a physical. Something may be preventing you from loosing weight. Anything from high blood pressure to a thryroid condition could be the cause.

there is no miracle cure to loose weight. It's simple math. How many calories you take in versus how many you burn. I would reccommend that you find a sport you enjoy. For me it was inline skating. Once you enjoy the sport this sort of exercise is fun and doesn't seem like work or exercise.

Eat Healthy, include lots of fruits and veggies. Drink lots of water, get good rest. Good sleep has been related to weightloss in studies. Take 3 days out of the week to do some toning exersises, or weights. it will strengthen your muscles and in turn make you more tone and more prone to loose weight.

I agree with skoolie. Simply being active will help more than you think. I think we forget that there are a lot of fun ways to be active if you aren't the 60 min of treadmill cardio kind of gal. Join an adult kickball leauge, take up belly dancing, go out dancing with your girlfriends a couple times a week, walk to the grocery store every couple of days instead of one big trip every week, walk to work, etc. There are a lot of ways just to get active that don't involve a bally's membership. I think the best thing anyone can do for their health is disconnect cable!

Dont starve yourself, your metabloism just slows and you will gain it all back the first time you eat. All you have to do is eat chicken breast boiled (not cooked in butter/oil) and raw vegies and lots of water
