You should throw out makeup every few months but if you cant afford to do it that often, at least every six months. Makeup collects bateria wich can cause breakouts and gross problems with your eyes

I have a girl age 6 who's hair is the same lenght as it was 2 yrs. ago. Other girls her age have hair that is more than twice as long. She is beginning to get self- consious about it.
