Your child has a right to know who his biological father is. You can't just erase that information. You must take responsibilty for the child though means of child support. She can order a dna test if needed,

Once she marries a man he can adobt the child and give him his surname.

Looks like the kid won't be missing out on much. He deserves a better father than you anyway.

You make me sick. you laid down with her you should take care of your responsibilities! Your child deserves better you need to pay your child support and give your child a chance to know its father.

If a paternity test shows you are the father, you will be on the hook for child support. Beyond that, you are not required to have any relationship with the child. If she gets married and the husband adopts the child, you will be out of the picture.

That is your son, what is the matter with him that you want nothing to do with him?

You can always give up your rights as a father. I am not sure if you will still be liable for child support though.

Its not the babies fault its yours and the girls thats what you get for sticking that thing in and thats what she gets for opening her legs!dont blame,i think you should just forgive and go see your baby boy im sure you feel something for him,of course he is your son.....dont be one of those jerks who just leaves babies and their girls behind,be there for him atleast you dont have to see the girl if you dont want to but its best if you just try to get along and see him,try to bond atleast or something maybe itll work out between you guys,something might just come up,you never know....
