Just make sure the groom wears a white shirt and not ivory. Because most of the pict will be of you and him.
Most people don't expect that the bride will match her bridal party...usually she is wearing white while the bridal party could be in any array of colors. I would say that she should wear whatever she is comfortable in ... this is the one time she'll be wearing the dress and it should be a good experience for her!
Tradition is white wedding gown. Since the only day that she will be different from anyone else she should go different all the way. this is a special day for the bride- she has to stand out! white is the way to go!
If it's just trim and the dresses are mainly persimmon, I think it will be just fine. The difference between white and ivory will be pretty subtle, especially in the pictures.
