You are not responsible but in some states it will make the amount go up if both of you work. CA is such a state.
No absoultely not... child support is the responsibilty of the parent. of course sometimes they will consider your earnings towards his income.but if he has bad credit once you are married you will have bad credit too.isnt life swell lol
No, but I would stay single a year or so and make sure he's the right one
You are not responsible for some one else's court order.
The only people legally and financially responsible for the child are the parents. Any marriages or unions that a person enters in to, does not make the new person in any way financially or legally responsible for anyone else child or children.
