Phone number for David's Bridal Corporate Offices

I need to please get some help in obtaining a phone number for either the owner of the David's bridal shops in Mobile or a phone number for the corporate offices. If someone could please help me. This concern's a family members wedding dress and the bridemaid dresses. I will be where I have access to my computer until approxmatly 9:30 am central time. It seems the only information a person can get from their web site is the number and address of their stores. We are tired of dealing with the store manager with no success; and all of these dresses have been paid for; and the wedding is approxmatly 1 1/2 weeks. Thank you for any help you can give us.
