I have an awsome idea for you. My cousin is doing it for her wedding in June...
You use a wine glass, a pretty piece of paper that you can find in the scrapebook section at the store (get colors to match your wedding) and decorative scissors.
Cut the paper so that it is fancy, wrap it around the wine glass to act as a 'lamp shade' and place a tes lite candle in the wine glass.
They are SO pretty!
Make enough for every table, or for every guest to take home!
Here is a web site that you can use...

Good luck!

Candles are a very nice way to save on money, but still add beauty to your tables. Think about using various candle heights/widths vs. all the same. In addition using a variety of candle holders or candles in lanterns on tables will give you more of a "centerpiece" look.

Another way to dress up a table without flowers is to rent unique linens, you'd be amazed what a beautiful tablecloth will do to a table!
