1090 tax form from employer

When is the last day a employer should have sent me my 1090 for the yr all ready called past employer ask them when they were sending it out and told them address was the samethis was on 2-5-08 today is 2-25-08

They should have sent it by the end of Jan.

so you should have had it well before 2/25. if it happens again, i'd call your employer and get it.
