Appliance repair customer history

I am looking for a software program for my customer history. We are an appliance repair service company. I don't need any of the extras that some of these programs come with, just a way to keep my customer history. A space to list date, kind of unit, problem & solution area and price. It would have to have an unlimited space to constantly add new customers. We would like to be able to access them by thier phone number or last names. If by thier name then it would have to show me a list of people with the same last name and thier address and phone #, so we can pick out the correct customer. I have a very simply program now but unfortunatley it is 10 years old and not compatible with the new systems. If you know of any place i can try please help
