Business lose

My husband is in the Navy. I do in home day care through the CDH here on the Navy Base. I have some parents that have not paid full price. I have tried to get them to pay but they have not. Then CDH will not let me stop care of the parents. Can I claim what they have not paid as a lose?

You can certainly claim it as a loss, however, there if the CDH will not let you stop care, you should seek renumberation through them. That said, they can't force you to care for people who do not pay so you should be able to stop care. You should contact your base's legal assistance division to get some assistance on this.
