Business partners
Hello
My nane is Daniela I live in NW Indiana and I have a business with a friends male , and I deceided not to work with him anymore and start my own business by myself and work alone .
I know I have to tell my clients that I will no longer work with my partner and I willl work alone .same field of business .
My question is :Can my partner sue me or do something bad against me if my clients prefer to work with me not with him.or if my clients preffer me insted of him?
