Can i get avendor's license if i had a food truck?

I want to open a food truck and i want to know can i get avendor's license.

Yes, as a matter of fact I do believe that it is required to have a license to vend/sell just about any type food item. You will also have to get your operation checked and approved by the health department. Try contacting your local courthouse for information on obtaining licenses and health codes.
