Can i put my sole proprieter bussiness in with my personal taxes

As a sole proprietor you can file taxes using tax forms such as the 1040, Schedule C and schedule C-EZ.

Also, you may need additional forms for self-employment tax, social security and Medicare among others. Here's a link to the IRS website where you can download the forms:

All sole proprietorships flow to your personal taxes, so the business (in your case) will never file taxes on its own. However, keep in mind you need to keep all of your business expenses and personal expenses separate as it is very important not to intermingle funds.
