Can I use an attorney from a different state than where the claim will be handled?
I need to sell my portion of an L.L.C. that I entered into with a partner in PA. I moved to North Carolina, just recently. Can I use an attorney in NC? Or do I have to fly back to PA and use an attorney from that state? Dee, NC
