Can my boss lay me off for saying i'm going to call osha over ALOT of safety problems?

My boss just laid me off for saying i'm going to call osha over safty problems they will not get fixed. What legal rights do I have?

Should fall under whistle blower protection. You should contact your local EEOC office who can assist with support. Good luck.
