Visit www.concreteideas.com. They have a free online concrete calculator on thier site. Depending on what the finish you are looking for, you may find a bit of insperation here. Keep in mind, unless you use type-K concrete (which won't crack... believe it or not) you will need some control joints. Also, if you are planning on loading heavy items on it, you may want to increase the thickness to 6" thick.
