Customer debt unpaid and customer moves locations

We had a customer that owed some $3,000 for product that went unpaid for several months. After several contacts through phone,emails and personal contact, we received a letter from this company stating..."the state of Ohio and the IRS had dissolved the company effective April 22, 2008. We then found out that the company is still in business, just at another location, yet there website is still under thier previous name. How can I find out if this is true? If it is not true, what are my options of forcing payment for goods?
