Discrimination or hostile work environments in the workplace

I have been at my job now for 4 years and have seniority behind my supervisor. Lately, my management team has threatened my job and they are trying to get me to resign. I have no paper trail and I only have positive letters that I have received from them via mail to my home. ALL of the sudden, they are saying that I am causing friction in the department and I need to change people's perceptions of me. I do not understand how they can get away with calling me in the office on an average of once a week badgering me and nothing can be done about it. The turn around for employees in my department is incredible. There has been 15 employees that have left since 2004. I would love to have this department and hospital management team investigated by an attorney. Or, I would love to join a class action lawsuit already filed. In some way, they need to pay for what they have done to many people.

What state do you live in? If it is a right-to-work state (Alabama, Alaska, Arizona, Arkansas, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Iowa, Kansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Nebraska, Nevada, North Carolina, North Dakota, Oklahoma, South Carolina, South Dakota, Texas, Tennesee, Utah, Virginia, and Wyoming) then they are trying to make you quit so they do not have to pay you unemployment. If not contact an attorney and give them copies of all your EMAILs and any other proof that they are praising your performance, and then bringing you into a private setting and harassing you. They are looking for a fall guy (tag you're it!) You will need to record meetings so ask an attorney what the law is in your state regarding that. Also, contact JCAHO to see if they can help you in the investigation since they are in charge of accredidation of hospitals/healthcare oraganizations. I feel you are in a no win situation. Good luck to you, Susu
