My mom was doing that sort of thing when I was a kid. I have a sketch book from my grandmother where she cut out recipes from newspapers and pasted them in and one of them from 1942 is spinich cake. What about Carrot Cake, Zuchinni Cake, Banana Bread, Tomato Cake, non of these are new ideas so I think it is ridiculous sueing someone over it. They both just wrote it down in a newer more modern version. The lady should get over it.
Lets all go publish a cook book!!

I dont think she stole it. I have ideas all the time that I think are original and then when I look them up I find that someone else has thought of the idea as well.
a few of these ideas
*GreenTea Beer
* led lightup display for the back of my car so I can push a button to say thank you when someone lets me over
* highlighters that hold post it note flags.
So What I'm sure happened was that the idea was thought up by many like Ruchele's Mother. It's whoever takes the intangeable thought and makes it tangeble.
another idea I had was to make dog clothing for specifically for small dog breeds with slender necks, like the miniature pinscher. Even the right size shirt is too large in the neck. I doubt this would be a money making idea though. lol.

Call it "Min Pin Wear" You see that a lot I guess, one of my clients tacks in the neck line of her min pins sweaters. You could probably make money with it Skoolie if you market it to the right people, like
