Fmla leave

I orginal was out in january 2007 for a total of 10 business days....i was hurt in the store....and the company had me file for fmla/workmens comp.........I was told this was a 12 month file.....Ending one year to date of the orginal filing date....

i then had surgery in nov.2007...,,,,i was a total of 7 business days...,.

I then got an infection from the surgery and was out a total of10 business days........

is the surgery to be included in the orginal january, 2007 claim....or does this start a new fmla time frame....

along w/the surgery of nov.2007 it carried over to 2008, another infection happened due to the doctor not properly treating me......i then was out from march2008 till april 13,2008 which totaled anouther 29 business days.......

I then was out again due to a new infection and had to have surgery to clean out the surgery of nov.
This put me out from may till today i return to work tomorrow.......This time out was a total of 22 days......

my company told me when i had to go out on may 15,
i used all my fmla......that this was a 30 day extension......is this correct.........As my calculations do not match what they have told me ..,,,
