Holiday pay for employees who work under 30 hours a week

Does the state of illinois require an employer to pay holiday pay to employees who work less than 30 hours. If so how calculated. What about employees who were paid for 8 hours in the past & now are being paid for only 4.

Yes, you are required to pay for the holiday as long as the employee follows the policy. If his hours are 6 per day, then that is what is required to pay for the holiday.
