How long does a business have to send you a bill?
A repair was made to a sprinkler system in October 2007. We repeatedly requested a bill and received a bill in May 2008. The bill includes labor cost that are unreasonable as they are charging for 10 men for 10 hours and I was present when work was completed and there may have been 3 men for 4 hours. Due to the amount of time that has passed the provider of the service says that is what his records show and we have no recourse but to pay the invoice.
