How to find a suitable small business for myself?
I am interested to have a small business that I can handell it.
I think a coin luandry may be is O.K. I want to be inOregon
state, Gresham City or Clackamass or Mout.County. So is it
possible ? If yes, How can I find? How much I have to have?
And finally what can I do? Thank you Very much,

A few options:
1. Do you know any realtors? If so, talk to one and find out if they can recommend a realtor that specializes in sales of businesses.
2. Do you know an attorney or CPA? They could recomend someone to talk to.
3. Go to www.craigslist.com for Portland. Then go to "Business" if the "For Sale" section, then enter "Laundry" in the search field. There are coin operated laundries for sale listed, not in your requested area, but you might talk to the owner and get more info to educate yourself in that type of business.
3. There are a couple of other websites that might help:

- www.businessesforsale.com/Business-Region/US/Pacific/business-for-sale -in-Oregon.aspx
