I am looking to buy a brand new typewriter for my office.

Which typewriter would you recommend. Right now we are using a very old IMB and the correction feature no longer works plus the plastic paper guide is missing which makes it difficult to line up forms. We generally use the typewrite for envelopes, labels and to fill in the blanks on forms we are sent from clients. We are not looking for something that types in memory and then prints. We are looking for just a plain typewriter as explained above.

IBM has always made a reliable typewriter. Check out the IBM Wheelwriter. It has automatic centering and correction memory. It may be pricy, as most folks now use computers. However, you can purchase a reconditioned typewriter from many dealers.
