I am trying to buy a BBQ concession trailer to pull to events and fairs and operate on ST. George Island, FL where I live.

I asked the county if I could put in on county right-of - way and they won't issue a Peddler' license. So the plan is to put it on commerial private property and take it to festivals and fairs during the off season here on the island. Is a Food Vendor's License what I need? And would it be usable in another state?
