I'm starting my own business
My wife has her own wholesale corp. that is a joint s-corp with my mother in law. I am going to be selling for her and to get paid commissions they say I need to start my own company. The business I need to start doesn't need a credit line or anything like that I am just starting it to get paid from them. I will be using it just to wholesale and I will not have any liabilities like inventory. That will make me a 1099 employee. My Uncle is a lawyer and I'm sure he will help me out for free. How much work is it to start a business like this? I don't want my Uncle to have to put alot of work into it. Thanks!
