To be honest, you probably can do a majority of it yourself. It's clear that you support this program and you know a lot about it. Speaking from the heart for such a purpose will go a long way. Once you are done, you can do a quick google search in your area and look for technical or business writers. Not sure where you live, but you can find some that can even work remotely. If nothing else, post the main body of your letter on here and I'm sure a number of us can help you out.

I need help with composing business letter for ex-felon job fair
I am in the process of trying to compose a letter to employers to get them to participate in a ex-felon job fair. (these aren't career criminals,they've stayed out of trouble for a minimum of 5-10 yrs.) I'm looking for someone that's an expert in busines writing to assist me with compiling a letter. The bulk of the companies are warehouses.
Companies get tax credits for hiring ex-felons. I need someone ASAP! I will provide you with all necc details.
