I want to what type of agreement that I would need to secure my position in adeal to sell concrete to a brokre . I want to make sure that I get paid.

I am involved in brokering a deal to export concrete. I need to know what type of agreement that I would need to secure my position in order for me to get paid. I want to know if a non- disclosure agreement is good enough or a cce cci agreemnet if that is what its called Idon't know if thatis the right name for it . I am looking for some great advice in order to do to be able have the right documents and or agreements.
