I was sold a ice cream machine that was suppossed to be 2 yrs. old(by Taylor Products) and found out it is 9 yrs. old what can or should I do?
The salesman told my wife and I we were buying a 2 year old machine. We have had problems with the machine and they have sent a service man to our house a few times. We have found out through the serial number the machine is 9 years old. It has also had a major part replaced. We would have not spent as much money as we did knowing the machine was that old and refurbished.
