I was terminated by my employer who is a D.D.S. after 10 years of employment.
After termination I contacted a patient who has become a close friend and informed him I was no longer employed. I wanted this person to hear it from me. I them received a letter from an Attorney saying I violated HIPPA. Do I have any concerns even though I didn't give out any personal medical/ dental info?
